By utilizing Tekla X-Steel, a 3D-detailing software, we are able to present to our client's 3D models of their structural plans and automate the production of shop drawings for steel structure fabrication.
This comprehensive 3D modeling system encompasses built-in clashing, automated material listing, field bolt lists, and three-dimensional mark plans. This system is instrumental in ensuring quality fabricated structures with exceptionally high levels of tolerance and near-perfect fit.
Within the past three years, we have completed the erection of more than 2.500 tonnes of steel in the RAPID petrochemical plant. In February 2016, we begin the erection of one of the biggest cracking heater in Malaysia. The Rapid Cracking Heater, which consists of 6 units weighs over 15,000 tons and with a height 0f 60m. In June 2018, we have successfully completed the erection of the last unit of the cracking heater. This is one of the UTOC Plant Construction's signature projects.
